Sprint Cars of New England Retains Name for 2013
Banquet November 17, Rules Meeting December 1

CHESTER, VT – The Fastest Dirt Track Cars in New England© will continue to be known as the Sprint Cars of New England in 2013 and beyond, SCoNE honcho Mike Kondrat announced recently.  “We’ve resolved all commercial issues regarding the name and we’ll be able to continue without interruption.  We’re now a registered entity in the Corporation Division with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.  I want to sincerely thank Nick Berry for helping to make this possible,” Kondrat said.

Chris Donnelly earned his second SCoNE championship in a season which saw record car counts and nail biting action at the three dirt tracks of the Upper Connecticut River Valley: Bear Ridge Speedway in Bradford, VT, Canaan Dirt Speedway in Canaan, NH and Legion Speedway in Wentworth, NH.

“We have a few ideas for next season that we think will make our product even more popular with fans, track operators and competitors,” Kondrat continued.  The rules meeting for the 2013 season will be a luncheon on Saturday December 1 at a location to be announced.    Only paid members for 2013 will be eligible to vote for rules changes, with one vote for each registered car.  The meeting will adjourn in plenty of time for members to attend the Bear Ridge Speedway banquet that night.

Members can purchase their 2013 membership cards at the SCoNE banquet, which will be held on Saturday November 17 at the iconic Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee in Meredith, NH.  Reservations for the banquet are available from Mike Kondrat at 603-539-2725.
